Scheduling & Cancellations:

We are pleased to assist you in scheduling your appointment with us at Ava Med Spa. You will see Dr. Audrey Stanley, M.D. or Dr. Ken Stanley, M.D. for your appointment. Your time is valuable, so we recommend that you reserve your appointment time as far in advance as possible. We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so that you can enjoy your experience without feeling rushed.

We do require a VALID credit card number to reserve your spot as this time is especially reserved for you. We will verify that your card is valid and provide you with a voided receipt showing that we did NOT charge your card when you arrive for your appointment. If you do not show up to your appointment within 15 minutes of your scheduled visit or if you do not give us 24 business hours notice may be charged the $75 fee. That means if your appointment is at 10am on Tuesday we need to be notified by 10am on Monday that you need it changed but Monday appointments need to be changed by the prior Friday. Calls placed when we are closed - after 5 pm or on weekends may be charged the $75 cancellation fee.

The purpose of this fee is to encourage our patients to take their appointments as seriously as we do. This helps us ensure that patients who may need same day visits, or earlier appointments aren't being obliged to wait longer than necessary.
